On behalf of my grandparents, I am writing this review of Patti K, as she has handled all their real estate transactions in the past few years! They couldn't be happier with the hard work Patti does. She spent countless hours working on getting their first property sold, overcoming many obstacles. She did her homework, got answers to many questions, negotiated, and came up with a sale that made EVERYONE happy! I don't know how she did it,..... but it was awesome! My husband and I decided upon his retirement we would sell our house and move back to our hometown to be closer to family. Circumstances changed when he was diagnosed with cancer. When listing our property the attention to detail was second to none. She went out of her way to make everything perfect. Every person we knew who viewed the listing was amazed at how beautifully it was done. She had a genuine concern for our feelings and my husbands health. She always checked with us on every showing and open house to be sure my husband was up to it due to his treatments. She knew how we felt about our cats and took extra steps to be sure they were not let out of the house during showings. If she was not able to be at the showing she would make sure the Realtor showing the house knew ahead of time we had cats and they were not to be let out. We could have not picked a better person to represent us and our property. There are so many positives I know I am not hitting on all of them. If you want an agent who will go the extra mile and treat you like more than just a client then you will not get anyone better than Patti. She has sold our home and we have made our move. We still keep in touch as she genuinely is a beautiful person who really cares far beyond the sale. We love her and feel like we have a new friend for life.
