Patti was a wonderful agent for us in so many ways. One major standout is that with Patti you get a team. We needed some repairs - she had people. We needed staging advise - she had people, same with painting, moving, etc. All were very good at what they did and reasonably priced. The overall costs of selling our house was half of what I was told to expect from other agents we interviewed. Her price advise was spot on. Her advertising, response time and general advise were exactly what we needed. The house was in contract in less than a week.
