My husband and I had the opportunity to work with Patti as we purchased our new home. As the market is wild AND we were first time home buyers we were very nervous and had no clue what to expect as we started this process. We are planning to retire to the Maryville TN. area in early 2023 so I had been searching the internet casually for homes over the past year. When we started to get more serious about a home purchase we reached out to Patti for some general information about real estate in the Maryville area. That was October of 2021 from that point Patti would send me daily updates with new listings in the area , however never pressured me in any way , so when the time came late in 2021 to eventually pursue a home that had crossed the multiple listings I reached out to her . Immediately she impressed me with her dedication to help ensure that if that was the home we wanted she would do everything in her power (ethically) to make it happen. She explained the current market to us and what we would need to do to navigate it successfully. Homes in Maryville that we had interest in , dont last long and some are only on the market for mere hours before being under contract . We had reached out to her late in the week later that weekend after offers and counter offers we had the home under contract and on Monday had a home inspection and video walk through of it (try getting a home inspection with one days notice) and were on our way to closing. All of this for people Patti had never physically met , we were 700 miles away in Florida. I'm not sure when she slept that weekend. During the month that followed prior to closing Patti navigated the remainder of the process with ease , kept us updated daily and bent over backwards to help us make this purchase smooth and stress free. She provided us with all the utility information way ahead of time to ensure no interruption in any service occurred , which was especially important in a very cold January. Her professionalism , dedication to her clients knowledge of real estate and most importantly the current real estate market , helped make our dream of having this home in Maryville TN. a reality. Customers and friends for life, the Halls!!
