I had such anxiety about selling my house in Cleveland so I could move on from a bad divorce, and Patti was able to set attainable goals for me to get everything Market-ready. When I grew weary of trips down to Cleveland to work on the house and expressed that I was ready to be done dealing with it, she was so understanding. She was knowledgeable of how to price to sell, and even I had only heard stories of houses going under contract within a day, and I was in total shock and awe when it happened to me! The closing process was super easy and quick, she handled everything. I originally was hoping to just break even, but with Patti's help I was able to get enough to clear my debts and set us up for a successful future. We recently bought a house with Patti and share with great enthusiasm our experience and high marks she achieved. We were referred to Patti via our daughter & husband who purchased a house with Patti as a conduit to their transaction one month before. A quick snapshot of our needs. We unexpectedly needed to move from Idaho to Tennessee in very short order which included the sale of our home first. Patti was expedient, extremely organized about each step including transaction discussions with our Seller Agent in ID. She asked for an inventory of needs then sorted out homes that fit, saving time. After a whirlwind 5 day quick cross country trip we had a home. Patti held my hand the whole way everyday.....she was a total tour guide in the most wonderful sense. She is to be commended on her geographical knowledge and references to resources for our long list of ques (including flood plains, taxes, HOA, traffic, desirable neighborhoods, crime etc) Not to mention her closing agent, Alene....best closer EVER! She is also to be commended on her no nonsense and sometimes blunt honest answers. She is not pushy, 'sale-sy' hurried or non-transparent. She approached each house as if it were to be hers, looking at all aspects to ensure a solid choice meeting our specific needs. She straight up told us when she either wasn't qualified to answer, didn't know but would check, needed to offer another resource for additional information. She also checks EVERY box, regulation, disclosure and detail with precision. Including syncing our sale close and Knoxville purchase with exacting measure. She doesn't cut corners, fudge or fall outside of her real estate rules, EVER. Trustworthy and honest, PROFESSIONAL. Patti has a highly engaging, gregarious and infectious personality, not in an annoying way but truly genuine. Always upbeat, positive, funny with aplomb and I consider her one of the hardest working agents in the industry. She will earn your stamp of approval too! Call her!
House shopping with Patti was such a fun experience. She was honest and very responsive. She worked very hard to accommodate our schedule. We were looking for a new home in the area surrounding Knoxville. Needing to sell our current home we weren’t under any time constraints but we reached out to Patti in order to start the process. Knoxville, being a highly competitive market for home buyers, offer diverse homes in many different areas. It seemed when a home we were interested in came available, it was snatched up as quickly as it appeared. Over the course of six months or so, there were several homes we liked and any time we reached out to Patti she would always do what needed to be done to show them to us. This included several virtual showings. On more than one occasion Patti would drive to a home of interest in order to determine if this May “be the one”. Sadly, none met our needs. Finally, the home came on the market that we ultimately purchased. In hindsight, Patti helped us through the buying process, over the holidays and it wasn’t until closing January 3rd we learned she had children and grand children visiting throughout the holidays. Closing went on without a hitch in spite of many questions/issues Patti addressed to ensure a smooth transition and closing. I would HIGHLY recommend Patti if you are considering a home purchase in the Knoxville area.
