Patti Alvarado

Patti helped me buy my first home (a very modest condo) in the middle of the pandemic. She was an absolutely amazing guide and ally in the process, which, because of the peculiarities of financing a condo purchase in Florida, was full of twists and turns. What I thought would be a simple, straightforward process ended up being anything but that, so thank goodness Patti was there to help me and offer her expertise at every step. It would be impossible to overstate how smart and savvy she is, and she's tremendous at negotiating, as well. Beyond that, she is a kind, funny, and genuine person. I have already recommended her to friends and coworkers. She is the realtor you've been looking for.

It is a pleasure to write this review. I generally do not write reviews, but Patti is truly excellent. My husband and I spent several months searching for a home during covid. Because my father is a very high risk, we needed special accommodations. We found that most other realtors were unkind, impatient, and largely inconsiderate. Patti not only far exceeds all other realtors in the Florida area that I have ever worked with (and I have worked with many), but she goes above and beyond. Patti is kind, patient, accommodating, and work's her butt off to make things happen. She is also understanding when things change. I have never seen anyone work like Patti. She is amazing. Patti has a wonderful sense of humor and goes out of her way to - in all ways. She is fun to work with and SUPER FAST which is great. I fully recommend Patti as a realtor and as a smart, kind, and wonderful human being (hard to find these days).

We've used Patti's assistance to both purchase and sell our property. She listened to our needs, provided an initial list of properties to look at and was opened to additional property interests. Her knowledge of the area and resell value was excellent. She negotiated an excellent purchase price for us. She recommended several contractors that assisted us in remodeling and performing preventive maintenance. Even after closing, she was still available to assists us with our needs. When it came time to sell, we had a set price in mind. Patti was able to find a buyer that offered us what we wanted. She worked through all the challenges of selling our property during the initial outbreak of Covid-19 and we closed on time. Patti is highly recommended for her knowledge of the area, she is very responsive, listens to you, has excellent negotiation skills and places her clients first.
