Patti Alonzo is an accomplished international real estate professional proudly serving Central Florida with RE/MAX 200 Realty, specializing in guiding buyers, sellers, and investors through one of the most dynamic markets in the country.
She is also the Owner of RE/MAX HELLO, a family-operated international brokerage based in Guatemala City, where she works alongside her husband and business partner, James Granduke, and her daughters, who serve as Managing Brokers. Together, they lead a growing team of 12 agents focused on delivering exceptional service to local and international clients.
A member of the National Association of Realtors, Patti holds the globally recognized Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation, along with SRS, MRP, ABR, AHWD, and additional leadership certifications that elevate every transaction.
