Pat has been a fantastic agent throughout the entire process of getting my house sold .Since I had already left El Paso it made it harder for me to know what was happening. But from the beginning Pat suggested things that should be done so we weren’t limited in the kind of loans could be used by a prospective buyer. Repairs were made as he suggested, the house went on the market. Pat kept me informed once a week as to what was happening. He told me when I got an offer on the house. Since then he has guided me on what was happening.
