As a military couple, we could not have asked for a better property management team. We left Ft. Bliss heading to JBLM, WA in 2012 but before we left, we came across Patrick Tuttle and his team and stayed with them for over 10+ years. They managed EVERYTHING! We were well informed about every concern and no decisions were made until they heard from us. Every document was completed for us and shared with us before any moves were made. All maintenance requests were completed in a sufficient manner so the tenants were taken care and so that we could rest knowing our property was being properly taken care of. The customer service team became like family to us.
