10+ years with the best property management team ever!

As a military couple, we could not have asked for a better property management team. We left Ft. Bliss heading to JBLM, WA in 2012 but before we left, we came across Patrick Tuttle and his team and stayed with them for over 10+ years. They managed EVERYTHING! We were well informed about every concern and no decisions were made until they heard from us. Every document was completed for us and shared with us before any moves were made. All maintenance requests were completed in a sufficient manner so the tenants were taken care and so that we could rest knowing our property was being properly taken care of. The customer service team became like family to us. Unfortunately, during that time, my husband passed away and when I asked Patrick what I needed to do, he connected me to the right attorney to ensure the proper paperwork was filed and that meant so much because I had no idea where to start. The walk-throughs of the house were done after each tenant left and updated photos were sent for our review. I could go on forever bragging about how this management company became like family to me especially during one of my most difficult times but I will sum it up by saying, not if but when, you choose Patrick Tuttle and his team, you will rest well knowing that everything will be taking care of and plus, you’ll gain another family and if your military, in times of transition, we need all the help we can get. Patrick, I can never thank you and your team enough but I’ll finish with saying it one more time…thank you and job well done.
