Patrick was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was very patient, knowledgeable and helped keep the process of viewing houses and buying our first home moving forward and streamlined. He was ready and able to answer our questions and explained each document and form so we knew what we were signing. During the inspection phase, he even went up into the attic and helped detect a gas leak! He advocated to the seller and seller agent to have the issue checked out by the gas company and sure enough, there was leak.
