Patrick is my Realator. He has helped me buy and also sell a home. I would not recommend any one else other then Patrick. He is the best. Patrick went above the call of duty. when my house was for sale. The home was broken into. Patrick was the one who found out first from the inspecter. He called me as soon as he found out to let me know what was going on. I thank him and headed home from work to check to see what kind of damage there was. and when I pulled into the drive way, there was Patrick. He had already called the police and was putting up no trespassing signs, all around the property. If you ask me that says a lot about his moral character. Also he takes your time and your any concern that you might have, and takes care of them right away. Patrick is a very well educated in realestate and can answer any question that you might have. He is a wiz when it come to finding property in a hurry, and wastes not time on calling you and getting back to you. Patrick is very professional and also very personable.
