This was an Estate Sale and from the start of the process to the actual sale of the house Pat was absolutely incredible. He made recommendations on how to increase the sale price and facilitated the repairs necessary to prepare the house. Once on the market, he kept me updated on the number of interested parties, feedback from other agents, and even the neighbors (I was out of state).
