He helped me buy my condo back in 2012 and he was integral in helping me successfully navigate applying for a VHDA loan after having an issue acquiring a conventional loan. I was a first time home buyer and helping me acquire that mortgage was essential to closing the deal. During the years he remained a friend and in 2022 I hired him again to sell. I was traveling a lot at the time and he took the time to make some minor repairs when I could not to ensure we listed the home before the next rate increase. He constantly went above and beyond to ensure a quick sale. Pat successfully marketed the condo and sold for a price I was very happy with!
