Reasonable, rational, fun
So many agents are new to the business and will do or say anything to get a listing. Not the case with Pat. He's your classic wise owl who'll help you see through the dark forest of unknowns and protect you from making mistakes in any stage of the process from preparing your property for showing, disclosure, setting a strategic price, marketing, filtering buyers reacting to offers, working through inevitable issues, and eventually getting across the line to recording the sale. So many steps involved and all must be executed flawlessly. Pat was there every step of the way; what more can I say!
