When I bought my new home my wife and I had just had a baby. Our stress levels were through the roof, we were barely sleeping and had very little time to deal with all tedious tasks that go with purchasing a home. Patrick was always available to answer any questions. He went out of his way to schedule services and appointments and attend meetings in my place when the baby decided I couldn't go. As a first time home buyer my wife and i had plenty of questions and concerns and Patrick was able answer all of them and put us at ease.
