He grew up in the area and had quite a bit of insight. He also was able to introduce us to an excellent lender that was able to put our offer through faster than our own bank we had used for many years. He was also very honest about conditions of the area and homes we looked at....It was a pleasure meeting him and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for property in the Orange County area.

Patrick and his partner worked with me for over a year to find my ideal place. I was in no hurry and they allowed me to go at my own pace. They got to know what I was looking for so would send over suggestions and would let me know that other places would not be to my liking. They were generally correct in their estimate for what a property would go for, allowing me to decide if I wanted to bid or not. They were also always quickly responsive to my inquiries and always on top of things during the escrow. Patrick and Keith always tag teamed each other so that I always had coverage when one was on vacation. They both know the community very well and have wonderful contacts.

Patrick was very helpful and sold my condo in only couple days in the marketing, he has a great photograph that would make your home look beautiful, he was also a great negotiator getting the best price and he was always available for questions during the process.

Patrick was a great resource in our home purchase. There is so much inaccurate information on the web and it can be extremely misleading.
