My wife and I worked with Patrick Parry to sell our home in the Mission Viejo area. He really went above and beyond for us. He made sure that we were visible to all audiences and could report to us what kind of traffic we are seeing as well as offer insight on what more we could do. We had a pretty tight time constraint, which I am sure does not make it easy on a real estate agent when trying to get the best price.
