I met Patrick in 2013 as the seller's agent when I bought my first home. I was impressed with his professionalism and decided to reach out to him when I was ready to move. Patrick, Dawn, and Adam made the selling process easy. The quality of their advertising (photos, brochures, and listings) was beyond what I could have expected. My house sold quickly and the transaction went smoothly. I'm now working with this group on the buyers side. My settlement is approaching and I've been grateful to have a team with so much experience and patience. Any issues that arose were addressed quickly. I don't give out recommendations often, but they definitely deserve a good one.
