I will preface this by saying that my only complaint about my home buying experience is that I now have to find a way to write a review that does justice to how incredible Patrick Lorenz is and how quick, painless and seamless he has made this first time home buying process for me. That said… From the very start Pat was a joy to work with. He carried himself with the utmost professionalism, built great rapport and consistently made this tricky market much more easy to navigate. Pat’s unrelenting focus and dedication allowed me to feel fully supported and prioritized in a process that can feel, to some, like a numbers game. From our first call to our first meeting shortly there after he was engaged and enthusiastic about the kind of places that would pique my interest and meet my needs. He was completely knowledgeable about what opportunities some properties would have vs others and was incredibly responsive when it came to our communications. As a first time home buyer, myself, Pat was the perfect choice because he not only understood real estate but had a deep wealth of knowledge when it came to what may come up after buying a home. He was unafraid to put a focused eye on the inner workings of every home and help me understand the risks and opportunities each and every property offered. Toward the closing end of the process Pat also had incredible insight and advice when it came to navigating my offer. He knew how to best present it and how to set me up for success—and when that offer was accepted he provided everything I needed to make the remainder of the process seamless; including a few names from his diverse and impressive contractor Rolodex (which could put anyone’s to shame). Like my friends who originally gave me Pat’s name and number, I could not suggest him more. If you’re in the market for a home—you also need Pat Lorenz.
