As a first time homebuyer Patrick was able to walk me through every step of the process and answer every single tiny and large question I had throughout the process. I’m someone who doesn’t just want to be told what to do but who wants to understand the how and why and Patrick was patient and made sure I was well educated in everything I wanted to be on. As I put my first offer in on a home he went through the entire process so I knew what it all was. As we put in more offers he was able to guide my decision making and temper my excitement so that I was making more sound decisions. I attribute the acceptance of my offer on my home to his recommendations. Patrick was amazing! We were moving out of town so a lot more was expected of him from us. He was always there to check on the house and make sure that showings and other events were scheduled when we were not there moving things around. The photographer that he uses is AMAZING! The closing was no hassle even with doing in long distance. I can not say any more good things in regards to having him be a part of your experience!

In my case, I was needing to buy a home in Toledo but having to do so from my current Phoenix, Arizona location. Talk about really depending on his eyes, ears, and energy! He was so great about doing Zoom walkthroughs for some houses of interest. He was well-versed in what to look for that could be problematic. He made himself readily available by email, phone, and Zoom, to accommodate the time differences. He put me in touch with local resources to arrange for the mortgage and other steps that needed to be completed. I am very happy with the house I purchased and with him remaining my eyes and ears for that until I move up to Toledo to take possession in a couple of months. He helped us search high and low and never let us settle for a that will do. His faith in the process surpassed ours on many occasions. I should add we purchased our home in the middle of the pandemic which was a mess in and of it self, but he showed up and did a fantastic job. He never ignored our early morning text request to see a house that just hit the market and was always looking for what was coming soon.
