Once the offer on my current house was accepted, there was a myriad of problems to solve. My funding fell through and Patrick had me approved by a new lender within the same afternoon, there were many appraisal issues from the appraiser the original lender hired and he found contractors, met them at the property if I was working, and negotiated extensions (weekly!) for the entire time we were under contract, which ended up being 3 months. He was very responsive via phone and text throughout the process. I felt he truly had my best interest at heart, even helping me work through the many emotions of the house buying process. After the sale he graciously provided food for the “paint party” I hosted as we prepared to move in. Even now, he’s a continuous support in the remodeling process and has said repeatedly to call if I need anything. I even use him as a parenting technique, telling my daughter, “Patrick said there’s no bad attitudes are allowed in this house” and she respects it!! We’ve been extremely blessed to have Patrick playing such an important role in our family’s journey!
