We are moving out of state, one we have never been to, and Patrick has been so helpful. He is really on your side. He is educated + patient. I tried one other realtor (not from this office) and they were less than patient, especially when they heard my toddler in the background. I’m so glad I did some research and found Patrick. He helps + supports you through the whole process and is very good at explains in simple terms (which is necessary for us First Time Buyers). My buying & selling process ended up with a LOT of twists and turns that were unexpected. Patrick never failed to come up with a new plan and was working day & night to make it all come together. While I did not get to close on my projected date, he did come through and delivered a notary to my vacation location on the beach to sign closing paperwork! As we know, the home buying experience can be quite overwhelming especially for someone like me who is a first time home buyer. I’ve been talking with Patrick for several months about the purchase of my first home and it’s remained pretty simple the entire time. Towards the end of the process I had a “bump” which caused the initial lender I had been working with to deny me but Patrick came through and said he had another idea. At this point, I was thinking to myself well maybe it isn’t time yet and I was okay with that. Within 24 hours of the denial, Patrick told me he had a lender who could get me approved and closed in about 2 weeks so we gave it shot. He kept his word and guess what?! We closed yesterday!!
