The only item that was slightly frustrating at times was just coordinating schedules and the availability of Patrick. He has a busy schedule because he is good at what he does, but we did feel like he tried to accommodate us and when we finally found the home we wanted to buy, he made it all happen! There are many words I can use to describe the excellent, professional service of Patrick Keller and team but patience would be in the top three. My wife and I have been on a year and half journey to find the right home to be closer to our kids and grandkids kids. We walked through multiple homes looking for the right place without success but they were very patient with our many “not this one”.
