After he was able to sell my house in 2020 during the the height of the pandemic and at an amazing price, I knew Patrick was the realtor to help me find my forever home. He listened to my wants and needs in a forever home and patiently worked with me during the search. I think he was almost as excited as I was when we found my dream home! He did an incredible job negotiating the price and conditions for the purchase and we were able to close quickly. Patrick was by my side every step of the way.
