Our experience was great.
Patrick help walk us through the entire process from, preparing the home to put on the market by suggesting things that need to be address and things that probably didn't so that we would get the most return out of the property. He suggested how we should market the property. We followed his advise and WOW, the marketing tools he arranged help sell the house almost in hours.... He made the experience enjoyable.
