Pat consulted us on the market and the most logical areas within Denver and surrounding areas we should conduct our search. He worked along side our loan officer and the title company to get us all the applicable information we needed to accomplish our goal of purchasing our home! Pat looked at dozens of homes with us all around the Denver area, his iPad in hand with all the important information on the property, walking us through the property consulting us on price per square foot, any flaws or issues he saw with the property and crime rates within the neighborhood. We closed on our home just last week and couldn't be more pleased!
