I recommend Patrick 100%. Patrick helped my wife and I find a home in the Denver area. He started by scheduling two full Saturdays as "market education" days where he took us to about 10 homes of various styles in different neighborhoods to help us start to choose both the area we wanted to live and the types of home we wanted. When we finally settled on a home, helped us put together an offer that the seller quickly accepted and led us through each step of the closing process. Our entire home buying process lasted over 6 months, and Patrick never once pressured us, and was always responsive and willing to quickly arrange to show us any home that sparked our interest. We had a great experience and would recommend Patrick to anybody without hesitation.

We love Patrick! He has worked with us so much and has always been there to help when needed. He understood our needs and our time constraints and even though we weren't selling at the most optimal time of the year, he worked really hard to get our house sold. Patrick was a wonderful realtor. I will echo some of the previous reviews, he doesn't use any assistants. Which means when you have a question he is the one responding instead of playing the telephone game, even when it was quite late at night! He truly will bend over backwards to help you out, which was wonderful for a first time purchaser!
