Pat is based in Northampton and we were looking at homes in Franklin County, as far north as Northfield. We looked at so many homes in Franklin County between January and the time of our purchase in July. Pat made himself available each and every time there was an open house we were interested in. If there was not an open house, he would get us into the home to see it within a day or two. Each house we looked, we learned something new from Pat. Whether it was about the home buying process, or the plethora of things prospective home buyers should be looking at/for when viewing a possible home, Pat always without fail took time to explain it all. I can confidently say that by the time we purchased are home, we were confident, due to Pat's guidance along the way. Patrick got back to us, almost immediately, any time we reached out to him. He was honest and straightforward, and answered any/all questions we had. He took the time to clarify anything we didn't quite understand. He made this whole process as simple as possible. You don't feel like a you're just a commission check with him.

We met Patrick through Zillow on Memorial Day weekend. We requested to see our home later on that day, and Patrick immediately got to work to make it happen for us. Despite us running 15ish minutes behind, Patrick was extremely kind and professional in showing us the house. We decided immediately that we wanted to make an offer, and Patrick was fantastic about walking us through every step of the process, giving us a solid idea of what we were getting ourselves into. He was also great about negotiating with the sellers to get us a credit when our inspection revealed that the roof would need replacing within a few years. Overall, he was a delight to work with, and we felt very confident that we were in good hands from the time we made our offer, right up through our closing yesterday. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.
