Pat is based in Northampton and we were looking at homes in Franklin County, as far north as Northfield. We looked at so many homes in Franklin County between January and the time of our purchase in July. Pat made himself available each and every time there was an open house we were interested in. Despite us running 15ish minutes behind, Patrick was extremely kind and professional in showing us the house.
