I feel like Patrick went above and beyond for the sale of this house. This was an estate sale, so we were limited on the repairs that we were able to manage. Pattrick was able to procure coordinate the contractors that were needed. I also had the opportunity to work with Michelle Barnett, she was very friendly and helpful in assisting me with the requirements needed for this sale. I would definitely recommend Patrick and team. For all the times that I have experienced this process Patrick was the most accommodating agent that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I am grateful that I had the opportunity to work with Patrick and team.
