I feel like Patrick went above and beyond for the sale of this house. This was an estate sale, so we were limited on the repairs that we were able to manage. Pattrick was able to procure coordinate the contractors that were needed. Patrick is fantastic to work with! In this cut-throat housing market, Patrick was able to get us in to a house in our desired neighborhood prior to it hitting the market, which enabled us to secure the house - I'm confident if it would have hit the market it would have ended up in a bidding war that likely would not have ended up in our favor. After our home purchase, he was able to our condo listed quickly and effectively, garnering multiple offers within one day of listing.
