I first worked with Patrick in 2014 to buy my home on Eastern Parkway. When I decided to sell my home after 2 years, there was no hesitation in choosing Patrick to help with the process. Patrick is caring, knowledgeable, ethical, hard working, and level headed. It took nearly 6 months and much patience to see the process through to the end. During the many trying moments, Patrick would know just what to say to keep me focused on the big picture. He knew about market conditions, had a good idea about what my house was worth (even though I had to figure it out on my own), and gave sound advice during the negotiation process. He was quick to respond when I needed him, and was understanding of my busy schedule and willing to go to my house when I needed him to meet a contractor or take care of a task. After working with twice, I give Patrick 5 stars. I honestly couldn't ask for a better agent to work with.
