Pat did a wonderful job of helping us find a great home. This was our first home purchase and so we were very unaware of what red flags to look for. With the help of Pat by the time we found a home that worked for us we were very confident in our decision to put an offer on it. Pat also helped us immensely in the negotiation process and without his hard work we likely would've not been able to get the house we did. During the process we also changed our criteria a few times due to realizations we had while looking at homes. Pat was very patient and worked with us through those changes. We would definitely recommend Pat to anyone in the future!
