Patrick handled the end-to-end sale of a large home in Glendale. The house had a lot of wear-and-tear; Patrick was able to recommend great people to assist us in getting the home updated. Coordinated and oversaw several things (landscaping, furniture disposal, trash removal) that go beyond the normal realtor service. He was at the home every day checking on the progress of the home during the two month update period. The home sold at list price (which was great) within a week of listing. We would use Patrick again without any reservation and recommend him for all your residential and commercial real estate needs.

He is extremely knowledgeable; was able to help identify contractors and oversee the work to prepare my late father's home for sale; explained each step and was available to answer questions and provide advice. From the beginning he appeared open and honest and at several points made recommendations that saved me money, once at his own expense. Although he appears young and modest, he turned out to be extremely capable and a real pleasure to work with. With his assistance, the house sold quickly and at a price that met my expectations. I cannot recommend him more highly!

Patrick Barnes checks all the boxes one would expect of a great realtor: he’s friendly, extremely knowledgeable about LA real estate, ALWAYS answers his phone, and is quick to respond to all texts and emails. But he also goes above and beyond the normal call of duty. Our house in Mt. Washington was a bit of a “fixer” after living in it for nearly a decade. We wanted to do some minor renovations to increase the value of the house before selling, but we weren’t sure where to start and which things to prioritize. On day one, Patrick walked through our house, clipboard in hand, while we talked through all the changes we had in mind. He pitched great ideas we hadn’t considered. Once we had an extensive list, he helped us narrow it down to a dozen fixes that added the most value to the home. Patrick took the notes from our walk through and got us a quote from a contractor he works with regularly. It was extremely reasonable and well within our budget. We hired him on the spot and he did a great job with a quick turnaround time. The redone kitchen looked particularly amazing, with wood stained open shelving, subway tile backsplash, and quartz countertops. Our family was out of town at times during the sale and Patrick did the following in addition to showing our house: fixed a broken section of our fence, borrowed matches from a neighbor to restart the stoves pilot light before a showing, and watered the sunflowers in the front yard during an unexpected heatwave to keep them from dying. When we were deciding between the many offers received, Patrick provided guidance and while we were deciding between the final two, Patrick took our dog for a walk around the block. All that to say, what most impressed me about Patrick was his ability to anticipate a need and his willingness to fill whatever role was needed in the situation. I was blown away, and highly recommend using his services.

Patrick Barnes was AMAZING to work with!!! I was cautious starting the home buying process because I often heard horror stories about how buying a home is a major life-stress event. My husband and I are first time home buyers, and even during the midst of the pandemic, with Patrick, we had an easy-going experience all the way through. He was extremely dependable- anytime we called saying, "hey, we're strongly considering this house..."  he'd come by that moment and look over with us. He's confident and knowledgeable, without making us feel pressured to commit to anything we weren't comfortable with. He has a wonderful team of resources. We shoped around, but  always ended upusing his guys. He was an incredible advocate for us, and stepped in strong when he needed to. Ultimately, we felt his genuine care through out the whole experience. My husband and I were able to purchase a wonderful home.
