My wife and I were in a bind when we decided to sell our condo. We had just had a newborn, it was the start of the holidays, we were living in downtown and due to Covid, things took a sharp decline in terms of an increase in homelessness, crime and we could not longer use our gym, sauna, jacuzzi or steam room in our HOA, which took away our ability to be comfortable walking outside and manage stress levels from having a newborn and running a business. So despite the holidays and covid being one of the worse times to sell a home, we listed with Patricia as she came highly recommended. Despite the fact that we had to decline many buyers because we simply could not show 100% of the time people requested a showing, Patricia remained positive and a champion in our corner every single day during our listing. When buyers tried to take advantage of our situation she defended our interests and positions like a hawk would defend her young. We ended up selling our condo within 40 days, at the appraisal value of our condo and were very happy with how she helped us transition to a better living situation after the sale.
