Patricia is a wonderful realtor. We had been working with 2 other realtors in the past that didn’t cut it for us they weren’t very experienced. Then we meet Patricia through a mutual friend. Since the beginning she was very knowledgeable and professional. Always answered any questions we had and we finally found the perfect home exactly what I was looking for . When we closed she was on our side and made sure all the repairs were done by the seller. Overall excellent experience working with Patricia specially since we are a first time home buyer !
