Patricia was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. She right off the bat told me she was showing me properties that were under other realtors. So any listings or listings that I found would not always be under her firm. She had a great understanding of the market and the houses we were looking at. She also was able to explain to me specific things within a home that I didn't know we needed to look out for or would recommend. She would also send me listings that were not in the market but would be soon so i can take a look and see if it's something we wanted to schedule a showing for. She was prompt on her responses and accommodating for showing times. It was a pleasure to work with Patricia and I would highly recommend her to anyone that may be looking for a home.
