Pat handled both the purchase of our new home and sale of our home. We could not have made a better choice! Pat’s knowledge of the process was invaluable. She walked us through every step. No matter what questions we had, she always took the time to explain things to us. Pat is aware of what is going on currently in the market and because of that she got us the best possible price for each our buy and sale. Patricia was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. She right off the bat told me she was showing me properties that were under other realtors. So any listings or listings that I found would not always be under her firm. She had a great understanding of the market and the houses we were looking at. She also was able to explain to me specific things within a home that I didn't know we needed to look out for or would recommend. She would also send me listings that were not in the market but would be soon so i can take a look and see if it's something we wanted to schedule a showing for. She was prompt on her responses and accommodating for showing times. It was a pleasure to work with Patricia and I would highly recommend her to anyone that may be looking for a home.
