This also extends to the vendors they recommended - such as the photographer who took pictures for the listing and the electrician recommended who came to fix a minor issue with a circuit breaker. All were top notch in their areas of expertise. They provided a realistic value of our home based on the most up to date comps and explained what to expect when listing at various price points. We received exceptional levels of communication throughout the process, including what to expect with market shifts, which has become the norm in today's fast moving real estate landscape. During the negotiation process, they again provided remarkable guidance and feedback on all points, no matter how minor. They were patient in answering all our questions and helped us talk through negotiations. I cannot underscore how reassuring this is during the sale or purchase of a home - which is easily identified as one of the top 10 most stressful of life events. In the end, we were ecstatic with the outcome of the sale of this property - which was the third home-run for Patty & Elyse after successfully selling another property for us in mid-2022 and assisting us in the purchase of a third property a few years back.
