Selling the Mountain House

Pat or Trish Snyder (she uses both names) Is a kind and caring person as well as a very good real estate agent. At a time when both she and I were dealing with our own health problems and family issues, she guided us to a successful sale of our property. There were several complications, adjustments, and lots of explanations needed to do this. Although it took longer and more work than I expected, Pat was always there with positive encouragement and patient explanations. When we had pressing time issues, Pat did not hesitate. She drove down to pick up the signed papers and delivered them to the attorney handling the closing. This was such a gift. It shows what a caring person she is. If I were going to buy, sell, or rent property in the mountain area again, Pat Snyder would be the first call I make. She did a wonderful job for us.
