Activated VA Real Estate License in 1994 and worked as a Sales Associate at Creekside Realty, Basye, VA 1996 – Mountain View Properties, Basye, VA – Sales Associate Activated VA Broker License in 1998 with Mountain View Properties, Basye, VA 1999 – Coldwell Banker Panorama Realty, New Market, VA – Associate Broker In 2000, I purchased the New Market, VA Coldwell Banker Panorama franchise with a couple partners and moved the office to Mount Jackson; we created a corporation for real estate (Whispering Pines Realty). The DBA, Coldwell Banker Four Seasons Realty, primarily offers residential real estate sales. In 2001, I bought out my partners and added a new company, Four Seasons Rentals, which exclusively provides property management services. 2001 ‐ 2020, I successfully managed these two companies and offer services throughout Shenandoah, Rockingham, and Page Counties (with special emphasis on the resort community of Bryce where I reside with my husband, Bill, of 52 years). I am active at my local, state, and national REALTOR® Associations and am serving or have served on a variety of committees within these organizations, as well as chairing several of these committees. I am also an active member of my church, Our Lady of the Shenandoah and serve as a Lector, as well as schedule all Lectors each month. Prior to Real Estate, I worked in several industries, but the most rewarding was from February of 1985 to November 1990 as Financial Administrator for the Coalition of Northeastern Governors (CONEG). In this position, I managed the financial aspects of DOE & DOL Grants, assisted with the organization of annual NE governors’ meetings, oversaw the financial aspects of budgeting numerous ‘cost centers’ for both private and public‐sector programs, as well as the substantial financial holdings of the organization. We moved to the Shenandoah Valley in July of 1989 and after commuting to Capitol Hill (DC) for 1‐1/2 years, I decided to accept a position closer to home. My next position was with an organization that led me to getting my real estate license… the rest is HISTORY!

Selling the Mountain House

Pat or Trish Snyder (she uses both names) Is a kind and caring person as well as a very good real estate agent. At a time when both she and I were dealing with our own health problems and family issues, she guided us to a successful sale of our property. There were several complications, adjustments, and lots of explanations needed to do this. Although it took longer and more work than I expected, Pat was always there with positive encouragement and patient explanations. When we had pressing time issues, Pat did not hesitate. She drove down to pick up the signed papers and delivered them to the attorney handling the closing. This was such a gift. It shows what a caring person she is. If I were going to buy, sell, or rent property in the mountain area again, Pat Snyder would be the first call I make. She did a wonderful job for us.

Great agent for buying or selling!

Patricia did an excellent job selling our property. Even though this was a small value lot she managed the process as it was the last lot available in Virginia. Her knowledge of the area and managing the sale from start to finish was extremely satisfying.

Home sold quickly, higher than list price

Seventeen years ago. Pat Snyder sold us our first building lot at Bryce. She always provided us with good information about the Basye real estate market. When it came time to sell she was the natural choice. She did her research and priced the house to sell quickly and maximize our gain. The house sold quickly.

Best of the best

Throughout our home buying experience Pat went above and beyond in every single way. We were living on the west coast and were never able to make it out to Virginia in person so Pat made herself available to FaceTime and go to the property herself. She was super knowledgeable and helpful and even found me a coworking space nearby our new home after we learned there was no wifi available . She was always quick to respond and patient with our countless questions. Pat was always our biggest advocate and made our dream home a reality . We would absolutely recommend Pat to anyone looking to buy or sell. I’d bet you good money she’ll be the best agent you’ve ever worked with.
