We met Patricia last February on our 1st visit to the Savanna Club area looking to buy a modular land owned house in over 55 community . From the first day to December 30 ,2025 when we closed on our land owned dream house on a beautiful canal. She was the most knowledgeable person and protected us in every way prior to purchasing this house. She recommended a great home inspection company, which discovered some things that had to be corrected prior to purchase and recommended great contractors to make necessary repairs prior to closing.
