We met Patricia last February on our 1st visit to the Savanna Club area looking to buy a modular land owned house in over 55 community . From the first day to December 30 ,2025 when we closed on our land owned dream house on a beautiful canal. We received more advice, suggestions, and assistance from our realtor in Minnesota, 1600 miles away, than we did from Patricia. Patricia suggested some townhomes in Fort Pierce, and that was the extent of her involvement. One of the four times we spoke with her. The first thing she told us, was to be sure to tell the seller of the townhomes, Patricia's name, so she would be the realtor on record. For that she received approximately $3,000.
Pat was a consummate professional every step of the way and her knowledge of real estate and Florida law was top notch. Buying our house sight unseen Patricia was very patient and worked with us. Us not being very computer knowable she spent a great deal of her time walking us through all of the steps necessary to complete all of the transactions required to purchase our home. When we mentioned that we were getting things ready to bring down with us she went and took additional pictures to let us know was there so we wouldn't bring down things that were already there.
