She immediately began pointing out the good selling points of my home and how it could be marketed. Patty answered all of my questions promptly, fully and even brought up issues that I had not considered. She explained the selling and closing procedures in detail and provided knowledgeable, experienced advice and guidance. My home was on the market less than two months and due to Patty’s marketing skills, I received multiple offers. I appreciated that Patty did not jump at an offer just to make a sale. Patty only brought an offer to me that she thought was good, solid and the right offer for me. Patty was always optimistic that we would sell my home at an above market price. Patty has made me and my wife’s search for our first home fun and easy! She’s knowledgeable about homes, what kind of work went into the home, and the area around it. She’s very professional and honest with us, and is not afraid to let us know when a deal is not in our favor. I really like that, she listens to me and my wife, and tries to find homes that fit both of our needs. Patty is amazing. With my husband and I being first time homebuyers Patty made the entire experience effortless and fun! she is just a great person to deal with and very knowledgeable.
