Patti's expertise was instrumental in our finding a house. We are living out of state and didn't have a lot of time to spend in the area to look for a house, so we relied on Patti to do that for us. She consistently sent us relevant listings, viewed those houses in which we were interested, and provided us with both pictures and videos. She spent an entire weekend with us, travelling to several areas in Cayuga and Onondaga counties, and was very patient as we changed our "must-haves" more than once. Patti is a no nonsense and honest realtor who wants to find you the perfect home and not just sell you a house. When our original search in a specific village did not pan out, Patti was able to find us exactly what we wanted in a new village. It definitely didn't feel like settling on second best! She's very familiar with the CNY area and listened to all our wants regarding a house. She was very accessible to me, a nervous and anxious first time home buyer, and was with us through every step of the process. Patti stuck with us throughout the whole process of buying our first house. She answered every crazy question, helped me through each and every step and was available to talk to all hours of the day and night. She replies promptly to emails, texts or calls. Patti is very knowledgeable, attentive and helpful with everything whether it was concerning the house or not. She will never leave you hanging and will do her best to set up everything such as house viewing as quickly as she can. Patti was awesome. I recommend her to anyone. She was fast and reliable. A great person. Was pretty much available any time of the day. She was on top of house listings that became available. She was very helpful in helping us find the right house. When we fell through a couple houses she stuck by our side and gave us the encouragement to keep going.

She was amazing. She didn't pressure us into buying any house we viewed. She was patient with us when we viewed the house a few times prior to making our purchase offer. She responded back to any emails or text the same day. She emailed us any new houses on the market. She was so knowledgeable about everything .She always got back to us on questions we had if she wasn't sure of something . I would recommend anyone purchasing or selling a house to use Patti. She definitively goes above and beyond!
Patti is an excellent realtor, always responsive in her communication, courteous and helpful. I bought my first property through Patti and she worked very patiently with me as I asked to see the place multiple times. She assisted with resolving some questions by bringing a local contractor to one of our meetings. She worked very quickly to set up showings of the property whenever asked (sometimes within the same day) and she always responded to e-mails within the same day, often within just an hour or two. If you go with Patti she will give you her undivided attention and you will feel like she is definitely in your corner. It is worthwhile noting that Patti is currently a part time realtor, she has a full time position elsewhere. I think that because of this she only takes on a handful of sales at a time and thus you will have her full attention. I found that the sellers realtor was much less responsive than Patti despite that being the other realtor being a full time real estate agent.
