Patti is an amazing agent. She is available 24/7. I work full time night shifts and my husband works full time day shifts and Patti made herself available whenever it was convenient for us. Not only is she knowledgeable about the Market, but she is on top of her work. If I had any questions or concerns she would respond to me immediately via phone call or text, again- whichever was more convenient for me. I would highly recommend her to anyone and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her!!

I initially started to work with Patti when I called her a few years ago because I wanted to see a house that day and asked another agent if he could get me in. He said he would be available in a day or two. When I called Patti she immediately went to work and got me in within hours, wrote a Purchase Offer for me that same day and negotiated with the Sellers' agent and had my contract accepted and signed within two days. She also went above and beyond making arrangements with the Sellers' agent to open up the house so I and contractors could take measurements before closing. Patti continues to help me with properties. She is amazing to work with; very approachable, responds immediately or leaves a message when she will contact you back, professional and willing to share her insight if wanted. I would highly recommend giving her a call if you're looking to either buy or sale property.
