Superb Sale, Superb Agent!
Recommended by a friend, Patricia Sanchez and her team took a difficult situation - prepping my recently deceased sister's home through communicating with my wife and I across two states - and "paving the way" for us to list the house, show the house and sell the house above the asking price within six days of our arrival. Her staging ideas were excellent, the photographer she worked with was a true professional - the final photos may have done more to excite the market then anything else. We could not recommend "Patty" highly enough!
