Patricia was recommended to use when we bought our first house 6 years ago. We were looking for a realtor who was really good with first time homebuyers, and she was highly recommended to us by a mortgage company that we were working with. We bought and sold our first house through Patricia, and sought her help once more when we bought our most recent house. She is kind, clear in her communication, and advocates for her clients, imparting wisdom to make sure they make the best decisions in the bidding and escrow processes. She is incredibly personable, and we have thoroughly enjoyed the time spent with her when house-hunting.
