If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! Home search and purchase experience with Patty was absolute. We moved from mid-west to NV, and we needed to move quickly. With a such short notice to fly in to NV, she made her available to drove and show us around to get to know the neighborhood and areas all day for days!! She is experienced, knowledgeable, patients and genuine, the one hard to find! She gave us many advices, suggestions and guidances for what we really want ..we didn’t know what we want!!! After Fritzi and I (her caretaker and surrogate son) had a con man take upwards to 2 million from Fritzi (convincing her to sell apartment buildings and reverse mortgages on homes) we were gun shy, for sure. n nPatty encouraged me to trust the process.
