She was on top of it, ALWAYS available when we needed information, and the ability for her to “think outside the box” navigating from issues ranging from negotiation (on our behalf), creative financing, and locating property for us. While in escrow, we had several unforeseen issues that had arisen requiring a vigilence, that Patty demonstrated, unparalleled by other realtors. An issue of “solar”, whereby the owner and agent had dropped on us a loan amount and panel amount that was excessive. Patty spent 2-3 days gathering data to support the value for this to make sense.
