Pat was right on top of emails and/or phone calls at all times. She listened to our concerns and offer suggestions when needed. My Mom’s home sold before the For Sale sign even went up! We were informed every step of the way, which made this possible from a distance.

I had considered Patricia as my agent being a resident in the same community. And I am not sorry I did so. She was on top of things all the time and kept me posted with the progress of the sale. She knew what was what and the process with me never having to go through this before to this extent.
